A 7-day journey to explore your grief, honor what you’ve been carrying, and listen for what your heart is ready to say yes to next.

The Healing Journal: 7 Days of Prompts to Honor Your Grief

Start Your Journey

Life doesn’t prepare us for the moments that unexpectedly change everything. They arrive in many forms—the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, an illness, an estrangement, an unfulfilled dream, or simply the loss of who you thought you were.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are grieving. Your experience is uniquely yours and matters completely.

even in the deepest sorrow, something inside you is still reaching for light.

Every heartbreak tells a story. Every story holds the possibility of healing.

"Bethany’s work is profound. She holds space for grief, heartbreak and transitions with so much compassion, clarity and love. She is a beautiful and exquisite leader who helps people not only heal, but come alive again."

Why I Do This Work

For over a decade, I worked in roles that demanded strength under pressure—from a domestic violence shelter as a young advocate to city streets as a police officer. But the thread running through it all was my heart for people in their most vulnerable moments.

Today, I no longer wear a badge. Instead, I walk alongside those carrying grief in silence, with everything I’ve lived, learned, and come to know along the way.

Hello, I'm Bethany Frankel

Let’s Talk—It’s Complimentary

Grief is isolating and overwhelming. And you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Let’s have a real conversation about where you are, what you need, and whether working together feels right.

You Don’t Have To Figure This Out Alone
