What is grief coaching?
Grief coaching is a process of guiding people from where they are to where they want to be, holding them in their willingness and desire to live fully alongside their grief. This work honors the journey someone has traveled, while supporting them toward the future they're creating.
Is this therapy?
No. You will not be diagnosed or clinically treated for a condition. You will be coached toward living fully alongside grief that's already yours to carry.
Will this make my grief go away?
No, and that's not the goal. Grief coaching is not about getting over your loss. It is about honoring what was lost and making meaningful choices to move forward at the same time.
